Jay Fazaeli, owner of Faza Works

About me

Hi, I'm Jay.

I'm Jay Fazaeli, an Omaha dad and tech guy. I help seniors feel confident with their phones, tablets and computers, the same way I'd help my own family.

Why I do this

I've worked as a software and web developer for about 10 years. I build the kind of websites and apps people use every day, so I know how confusing they can be when nobody explains them.

I started Faza Works because technology should make life easier, not harder. A new phone, a scary pop-up or a printer that won't print can ruin a whole day. Most of the time the fix is simple, once someone sits down with you and explains it calmly.

That's what I do. I come to your home, we work on your own devices at your kitchen table, and we go at your pace. There's no such thing as a silly question.

My promises to you

  • No rushing, no judging No question is too small.
  • Passwords and money stay yours You type your passwords. I never touch banking.
  • Your privacy, respected I don't read your messages or look through photos.
  • Nothing to sell Honest advice, never an upsell.

For families

Many visits are booked by a son or daughter who lives out of town. You're welcome to join the visit in person or by phone, and I can email you a short note afterwards so you know what we did.

If your parent would like steady help, Monthly help gives them a regular visit and someone to call with quick questions.
