In-home technology support in Omaha

Technology support near you, at your home. I fix the everyday problems that make Omaha households call for help: Wi-Fi that drops, computers that crawl, printers that won't print and accounts that won't open.

What I can help with

  • Wi-Fi that is slow or keeps dropping, and getting new devices online
  • Slow computers, pop-ups, updates and error messages
  • Printers and scanners that won't connect or print
  • Email, passwords and locked-out accounts
  • Phones, tablets and smart TVs: setup and everyday problems
  • Safer settings to protect you from scams and viruses

Technology support that comes to you

Most home tech problems are small, but they are hard to solve alone or over a phone menu. I come to your home, work on your own devices, and explain each step in plain words.

Residential IT support, not a sales pitch

I don’t sell devices, software or protection plans. I only fix problems and teach you to feel comfortable. If you need something new, I can help you choose the right device.

Questions

What is home IT support?

It is technology help at your house instead of a shop or a call center. I come to you, look at your own devices and fix what is wrong, with no jargon.

Who is this for?

Homes in Omaha and nearby towns, especially seniors and families who want patient, one-on-one help. This is residential support, not office or business IT.

How much does it cost?

A visit is $75 for up to an hour, with no travel fee inside Omaha. Extra time is $35 per half hour, only if you agree. A monthly plan is also available.

Do you repair hardware?

No. I don't fix cracked screens or broken parts. I fix software, settings, Wi-Fi, accounts and setup, and I can help you decide whether to repair or replace a device.
