What I can help with

  • Email: reading, sending, attaching photos and cleaning up the inbox
  • A slow or confusing computer: tidy it up and remove pop-ups you don't need
  • Printing and scanning, and getting the printer to work again
  • Updates, passwords and keeping your computer safe from scams
  • Video calls with family on Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet
  • Websites you use: patient portals, online shopping, bills and news
  • Photos: getting them off your phone and onto the computer, and finding them later
  • Learning the basics, step by step, with a simple written note to keep

Computer help that goes at your pace

Many computer classes move too fast. With one-on-one help in your home, we work on your computer, on the things you want to do. I explain each step in plain words, and you do the clicking, so it sticks.

Senior technology help, without the sales pitch

I don’t sell computers, software or “protection plans.” My only job is to help you feel comfortable with the technology you already have. If you ever do need something new, I can help you choose the right device.
